There have been many incidences in the past that have shaken the world, the most recent being the Covid-19 pandemic declared by the WHO on March 12 (2020). This transmittable disease began as an outbreak last December (2019) in Wuhan, China, before spreading rapidly around the world include Malaysia in a matter of months that cause a massive pandemic.
Therefore, the government urges all the citizens to social distancing by staying at home and avoid public areas in order to slow down the spreading of the Covid-19. The government also reminds that only essential trips should be made by one person only such as grocery shopping.
Even the front-liners plead all Malaysians to stay at home to prevent the disease to be spread to more vulnerable people such as senior citizens, children, pregnant women and those people with other underlying chronic health conditions. Most of them have a lower immune system which weakens their body’s ability to fight infectious diseases.
